If the logo, image and text for your graph pad is 100% black ink...select "All Black Ink".

If your graph pad has any ink colors other than or in addition to black...Select "Colors Other Than All Black".  You would select this option for 1 ink color other than black, 2 ink colors, 3 ink colors, 4 ink colors or full color.

There are 5 squares per inch on the front and if you choose to print the back, there is also 5 squares per inch.

Personalized Paper only uses premium quality paper from Hammermill.  Our 20LB white paper is 97 brightness, which really makes the color pop off the page.  Our recyled paper is 30% post consumer waste.

If you use colored paper, remember that applying ink to a colored sheet of paper will change the ink color...think of it like mixing paint.  We recommend that you only use black, red, or dark blue ink on colored paper.  On neon paper, you should only use black ink because any other color will be distorted.  We are not responsible for ink color distortion on colored paper.

Due to differences in monitors, the actual printed paper color may vary from colors reflected above.

If you select NO, the 5x5 grid will only be printed on the front of each sheet on the pad along with your customization.

If you select YES, the 5x5 grid will be printed on the front and back of each sheet.  The back side of each sheet cannot be customized.  Only the front will reflect your customization.

3 Hole punched pads have the hole punches on the left side of the pad so that the paper can fit into a standard 3 ring binder.

2 Hole punched pads have the hole punches centered at the top of the pad so you can bind with a standard Acco fastner.

Our letter size notepads come standard with a "Heavy Chipboard" back. 

Your order will not be processed for printing until one of our experienced graphic designers reviews your order for image and text quality as well as layout quality.  We print thousands of custom product orders every month.  If we feel there could be a potential issue with your design, we will call or email you prior to printing your product.  There is no charge for this benefit...as it is part of our Service Is Everything commitment to our customers.  This feature is not available from other suppliers you may find on the internet.

Please note that our quality check feature does not apply to typographical errors or misspelled words and names.

When you design your notepad online, you will be able to not only review your design online, but you also can print a PDF proof in our design studio software.  This is the most common way of viewing a proof and your PDF proof is FREE of charge.  The actual printed color may vary from the color you see on your computer monitor.

If you are uploading your file, please proof your file carefully.  The file you upload is considered your proof.  We are not responsible for customer created errors in uploaded files.

Personalized Paper Store prints millions of custom products annually and our customers are delighted with the products we provide.  However, on rare occcasions, customers have very specific color, formatting, and registration requirements.  The only way to determine if the product you are ordering matches your specific color, fomatting, and registration requirements, is for you to pay for an actual printed proof and see if the actual printed product matches your specifications.  Personalized Paper Store will be happy to send you a printed proof for a non-refundable charge of $30.00 for standard delivery or $65.00 for Fedex Next Day delivery.   If your order exceeds $1000, it is required that we will send you a free hard copy sample for you to approve prior to Printpps printing your order. If you submit an order and do not request a hard copy color proof, your order will be printed as is. Personalized Paper Store will not be liable for color, formatting, or registration variation from the PDF proof visualized either on a computer screen or printed out on your printer.

Orders are manufactured & shipped within 4 business days. If you are in a rush, you can select to have your order manufactured & shipped within 3 business days, 2 business days, or the next business day. There is an upcharge for for rush production and shipping. THIS IS NOT THE DAY YOUR ORDER WILL ARRIVE.

You determine arrival date by selecting the shipping method at checkout...select from FEDEX Ground (arrives in 5 to 7 business days), Next Day Air (arrives the next business day after the order is shipped), 2nd Day Air (arrives the 2nd business day after the order is shipped), 3nd Day Air (arrives the 3rd business day after the order is shipped). For orders under 10LBs, you have the option to ship U.S. Post Office (arrives usually with 3 to 4 business days).

To qualify for next day shipping, your order must be received prior to 12 PM Eastern Standard Time on the day you place your order.

STEP 3: Select Design Option
(Red or Gray Button) Create a New Design Online: With this option you will be taken directly to our design studio or to a page showing templates available for this product. You will follow the easy instructions on how to add an unlimited number of images as well as unlimited lines of text. You will also be able to select from over 9,500,000 images in our image library. In the design studio you will be able to format your product to your exact specifications as well as view a PDF proof which shows how your product will look when printed.

(Blue Button) Upload Design Created Offline: With this option, you can take a design you created offline and upload the design to be printed. Think of it this way, you are uploading a snapshot what exactly what you want printed. You will find easy instructions on how to upload. From this option, you can also email us the file of the product you created and we will review the file and let you know if it will print properly.

• Accepted File Types: Print Quality PDF (recommended), jpeg, jpg, png, ai, eps, or psd. Convert Microsoft Word, Publisher, Powerpoint or Excel files to a Print Quality PDF.

• Bleeds: A bleed is where the ink runs off the page. Any objects intended to bleed must extend outside the cut edge by 1/8”. Any objects NOT intended to bleed must be inside the actual edge of the product by 1/8”. (Cut marks are not needed)

• Margins: We require a ¼ inch margin if your product does not have a bleed.

• Scale to Size: If you are “Submitting a Design” you created offline, please ensure the file size you are submitting is the exact size of the product you wish to order.

Personalized Paper Manufacturing Group’s pricing is based off “Quantity Pricing”, where by increasing your total quantity lowers your cost per individual product. The only pricing we have available is the pricing shown in the pricing calculator.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders are manufactured and shipped within 4 business days. If you are in a rush, you can select to have your order shipped within 3 business days, 2 business days, or the next business day. There is an upcharge for for rush production and shipping.  NOTE: The ship date you select is not when your order will arrive at your location.

You determine arrival date by selecting the shipping method at checkout. From the ship date you have selected, you can expect your order to arrive approximately within the following timetable.

United States Orders (see below for Canadian orders)

FEDEX Ground-Arrives within 3 to 5 business days from date of shipping.

FEDEX 3rd Day Air-Arrives in 3 business days from date of shipping.

FEDEX 2nd Day Air-Arrives in 2 business days from date of shipping.

FEDEX Next Day Air-Arrives in one business day from date of shipping.

U.S. Post Office-Arrives in 3 to 7 business days from the date of shipping.

Canadian Orders

FEDEX International Economy-Arrives within 3 to 5 business days from the date of shipping.

Example: If you select to have your order shipped within 4 business days and you select FEDEX Ground at checkout, we will ship your order within 4 business days of the date you place your order and then ship your order via FEDEX Ground which will give you an arrival date of approximately 3 to 5 business days from the date your order was shipped.
